As a child, I remember sitting for hours in our living room listening to my parents share intriguing stories of their lives in the Philippines — captivating stories of a kidnapping, a hangman’s noose, dreams and miracles, a village bombing, and surviving the Bataan Death March. When I was 7 years old, I watched Neil Armstrong take the first steps on the moon. None of these events were planned or foreseen by my parents or me. Still, these realities, coupled with my own experience, became catalysts for who I am today.
Each of us is a unique “portrait” — “a canvas of miracles” composed of intersecting brush strokes with each stroke representing a life experience that color our thinking and shape who we are.

How I Can Help You
As a consultant, I leverage 35 years of experience as a contractor, NASA employee, manager, and executive to provide technical, organizational, and programmatic leadership advice, guidance, and insights. As a coach, we explore how you are expending your energy and provide you with tools and opportunities to choose whether to accept your current circumstances or do something about them. The good news is that either choice reduces your stress, anxiety, and drama and in doing so, rejuvenates your ability to navigate the obstacles blocking you from reaching your peak performance and ultimate goals. During my 35 years in the space industry, I had the honor and privilege of making a difference in people’s lives and look forward to doing the same for you.
